Polar Bear playing with a dead cat.
Before I start I do realise that my photo's/movies might have hurt the owners of the cat. For that I am sorry.
What a crazy weekend. You go out with your family for a few days and decide to visit the Zoo in Emmen. After an hour or two we reach the Polar Bear and encounter a crazy scene.
A polar bear pulled a dead cat out of the water and started playing with it. For over 45 minutes I took pictures and some short movies of this bizar display. One picture made into a newspaper and the movie went via a local news station all over the world. As sad as it looks for the cat, it was already dead. We were just looking at a polar bear displaying natural behaviour in a zoo. Even childeren could value this.
